We are so excited to gather together once again at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park. Our hope is that these two days will refresh and renew you as you step into a new era of ministry.

On a recent podcast, Pastor Craig Groschel said that we are not simply leading after a pandemic, able to return to exactly the same strategies that worked in 2019. As the health impacts of COVID-19 on our culture wane, new opportunities for ministry arise. In order to step boldly into those, we must understand the difference between leading after a pandemic and leading out of a pandemic. At the core of that difference, impacting our ability to lead our congregations into greater ministry, is our need to learn to lead ourselves, lead our families, and lead our congregations in hope and purpose.

Join us September 12-13 as we consider what that type of leadership looks like. Bob and Janet Lehman will guide the discussion on purposeful leadership in those three areas. With over 40 years of ministry experience, Bob and Janet have worked in nearly every aspect of pastoral ministry. Bob has served as a Lead Pastor, Chaplain, and Church Planting Coordinator for the Southwestern US, in addition to planting two churches himself. Bob and Janet have launched a new ministry called Mission Recharge, a coaching and caring ministry for pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, and their spouses, especially those facing discouragement and stress related to the daily challenges of life and ministry.
