John Craft serves as the Regional Executive Director of Rocky Mountain Church Network, where he has the joy of walking alongside pastors and churches as they pursue healthy leadership, faithful ministry, and greater Kingdom impact. Over more than 30 years in ministry, he has served in five churches in both small-town and urban settings, leading student and adult ministries in congregations of varying sizes.
John is passionate about helping pastors think clearly and lead faithfully so their churches can take bold next steps in making disciples and engaging their communities. He enjoys coaching ministry leaders, investing in the next generation of pastors, and equipping churches for healthy, mission-focused ministry.
When he’s not serving churches, you’ll usually find John reading a good book, enjoying a cup of coffee, or training for his next triathlon.
John is married to Lori, his wife of 35 years. Lori is an energetic, cheerful, and supportive wife and mother. She has served in the Body of Christ in various ways, including as a youth sponsor, small-group host, Sunday school teacher, and women’s ministry worker. She is a lover of book discussions, live music, fitness, and fashion. John and Lori have two sons: Jackson, who lives with his family in Arkansas and Cameron, who lives in Wyoming.
